CHALLENGE AND AMBITIONS
In the past, the BROEN-LAB assessments were time consuming and handheld, leaving room for misunderstandings and personal interpretation in the following reports. Together, we wanted to develop a digital solution optimizing the process and the feedback to the customer – and, at the same time, also create a scalable solution for a rapidly growing international business.
Behind the solution
We decided to focus heavily on time efficiency and on designing an intuitive user interface. We also wanted to create a standardised tool used across the organisation. We needed to develop a new report standard that would prevent mistakes while improving customer dialogue.
The final solution did all these things and provided BROEN-LAB with both a “Risk and Safety App” and a “Service and Testing App” streamlining internal processes and ensuring an extremely professional approach to customers and potential customers.
