New alliance set to elevate digital learning in the green energy sector
Hasse Andreasen, a strong profile from Ørsted, joins the visual communications agency Cadpeople.
With years of expertise in skills development within the wind and energy sectors, Hasse now brings his extensive knowledge to Cadpeople, a company well-versed in creating solutions for the same industry. Together, they aim to take digital learning to new heights and contribute to ensuring that the green energy sector has access to a skilled workforce.
As the global demand for green energy continues to grow, a shortage of specialised workers could become a significant bottleneck. By digitising and enhancing learning solutions, education can be made more efficient, helping to prepare the industry for the future.
Strengthened ownership and board
Cadpeople works with clients such as Ørsted, Vestas, Fred. Olsen Windcarrier, and Siemens Gamesa. The company is now reinforcing its focus on renewable energy with two key additions: Elisabeth Mygind joined the board on May 1st, and Hasse Andreasen is stepping in as partner and Chief Product Officer (CPO), thereby also expanding the ownership group.
In addition to delivering tailored solutions for the green energy sector, Hasse will also focus on the development of standardised products.
Having collaborated with Cadpeople on various projects over the years, I've witnessed their exceptional ability to deliver smart digital learning products within a reasonable budget. I believe that Cadpeople's innovative approach and commitment to quality will play a crucial role in advancing the renewable energy sector towards greater standardisation and efficiency.
Hasse Andreasen, CPO and partner, Cadpeople
For over 10 years, I've worked closely with Hasse Andreasen on the client side. Together, we've developed countless value-creating solutions, and I look forward to seeing what we can achieve together.
At the same time, we welcome Elisabeth Mygind to our board. Our collaboration has grown into a close relationship over many years, and Elisabeth has been a true pioneer in digitalising technical training in the wind industry.
We're excited to benefit from her expertise and strategic insight. Both appointments reflect our strategy to become even more customer-centric and a stronger strategic partner for our clients.
