Technicians spend days on-site and hours on crew transfer vessels to and from offshore wind farms with no access to Wi-Fi. By utilising the many offline hours and time away from home, MHI Vestas Offshore Wind avoids calling in for extra days in a classroom.
While learning, gaming, and having fun, you earn points. These points provide access to a virtual Turbine Shop with MHI Vestas Offshore Wind’s turbine portfolio. Using the points earned throughout the app, you can upgrade to more advanced virtual turbines – a progression that follows MHI Vestas Offshore Wind’s portfolio of turbine innovations. This means that employees get to know even more about the legacy of their workplace while learning.
