Cadpeople SLA / hosting packages

Cadpeople offers three types of hosting packages which are defined by the level of support, maintenance task, and risk prevention measures.

SLA 1 – Simple hosting

In SLA 1, Cadpeople offers to create a hosting subscription to simply.com, a low-cost hosting provider with a minimum of extended services. These services work great with static web solutions where security and visitor load mitigation might not be the highest priority.

Cadpeople will act as reseller of the hosting solution, and not undertake any responsibility as data processer, nor perform any surveillance on uptime, maintenance task og general updates to the solution.

Typical cost of hosting: 500-1.000 DKK per month.


SLA 2 – Basic hosting

SLA 2 is Cadpeople basic hosting setup. Hosting is either based on Microsoft Azure via webservers and CDN network or a fully managed server setup on DK-based hosting provider Curanet A/S. Both platforms have been built to mitigate high visitor load and availability in most countries globally. If backend capabilities are needed in projects this package is a requirement, as Cadpeoples standard backend services are built specifically for these platforms.

The hosting package includes basic uptime monitoring on the solution, including notification to the client in case of issues. Cadpeople will also ensure that SSL certificates are updated on expiry. Patching and security updates are updated on the server level; however, no patches or updates will be performed on the client solution without a separate agreement and PO from the client.

Typical cost of hosting: 2.500-4.000 DKK per month.


SLA 3 – Extended hosting

SLA 3 contains all services from SLA 2 but allows for tailored services depending on the client need and requirements. Services could be:

  • Solution-specific risk assessment
  • Solution-specific Vulnerability Management
  • Solution-specific patching of security threats.
  • Solution-specific hardening
  • Solution-specific backup processes
  • Management of data stores storing personal data
  • Data processor responsibility
  • Dedicated support hours
  • Security test, including penetration test.

All services must be agreed to and scoped out in the hosting and service agreement. The scope will include a number of development hours dedicated to performing the services on a monthly basis. If vulnerabilities, security updates, or other tasks are identified that can not be performed within the agreed amount of hours, a separate scope and PO will be required from the client before proceeding.
