The challenge
Visual showstopper at fairs
Polytech designs and produces some of the most sophisticated systems for protecting and improving wind turbines - technical products that are hard to show and explain.
But Polytech is much more than a manufacturer.
Therefore, they asked for our help with two essential goals for Wind Energy Hamburg 2022:
- Help explain Polytech’s complicated technical products
- Move Polytech’s storytelling from being a ‘manufacture og different products’ to a ‘solution provider’ and create traffic and interactivity at the stand
The solution
Showing segments and solutions
For the wind energy fair in Hamburg in 2022, we had a mission to visually, engagingly, and digitally explain Polytech’s five main pillars: Transportation, Leading Edge Protection, Lighting Protection, Blade Monitoring, and Subsea Solution.
We integrated one big central screen with five minor screens, each displaying and representing one of Polytech’s main pillars.
These individual screens allowed visitors at the exhibition stand to interact with the big screen and the segments relevant to them to learn more about Polytech’s solutions.
The value
More than a showstopper
The inter-organisational team worked extremely well, and Wind Energy Hamburg 2022 went above and beyond expectations. Polytech had great feedback from their visitors at the stand – feedback that has left us over the moon.
How is the solution used?
The digital touchscreen solution we developed with Polytech is scalable and flexible, allowing Polytech to use it on various - minor and major – screens, for example, at Polytech’s offices and in the reception at their headquarters.
We appreciate the fast pace and the good collaboration with cadpeople in developing the model for the Hamburg wind fair.
The solution helped us explain our complicated technical products and created traffic and interactivity at our booth.
